Aflac is looking for 2 motivated people to join our Long Island team as Benefits Advisors. You'll work directly with local business owners to set up voluntary benefits that pay cash directly to their employees when medical events happen. It's a key role with a well-known brand.

Why this role

Hybrid schedule: no nights, weekends or holidays
Training through the Aflac Sales Academy, with no experience needed
$3,000–$4,000 bonus potential in your first 3 months
Commission, residuals, bonuses, stock bonus program and incentive trips

What you'll do

Meet with business owners in the Rockville Centre / South Shore area
Explain benefit options and enroll employees
Build and grow your own book of business

This is a commission-based, independent contractor (1099) opportunity. Compensation is reviewed in detail during the interview.
